The balcony in our room was a bit small and overlooked the street, making it less comfortable for sitting outside. some of the amenities and services offered at the hotel were quite expensive compared to other options in the area.

They even allowed us to check in early when the room was available and provided helpful recommendations on where to go and eat in Hoi An. the room itself was spacious and airy, with a clean bathroom and a surprisingly large shower area. the location, while a bit away from the busy old town center, offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. the complimentary bikes provided by the villa made getting around easy and convenient, allowing us to reach the old town and An Bang beach in just a few minutes. The staff's attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort truly made our stay unforgettable. Cons: Not obvious to find the villa location 🌟.

As a family with 2 small kids, we loved the personalized service and feeling of being at home. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel like family and catered to our every need. the owners' background in tailoring was a bonus, as we were able to get clothes made at the hotel with excellent craftsmanship and reasonable prices. They even shipped our new wardrobe back to the UK! the hotel also arranged all of our trips and provided transportation, making our stay hassle-free. the location, although slightly out of town, was not an issue as it was just a short walk or taxi ride away.

We felt so at home during our stay that there was no reason to complain.
